In the 30 years of visiting the beaches of Boliver I have never seen so much garbage. What happened to the clean-up the stickers were supposed to provide. On Sunday the 6th, we drove the beach for miles only to see every can and dumpster full. Most cars had no sticker; we followed a Galveston County car for miles. The officer never stopped and asked anyone for proof of beach sticker. At the least, he could of ticketed folks for leaviang trash. How many littering tickets were actually issued last year in Boliver. It is really sad that people care so little for the environment.
