The Biscayne is the best part of the Bolivar Peninsula. |

This place is simply the greatest development yet on the beach......at least in my opinion. Wonderfully lanscaped, always neat and well maintained and the developers are really great people. I only wish I could afford to live there. |

I love the privacy. Great balance between nature and development. |

Noticed the place this past wekend duiring Lone Star Rally. Looks as though this is where I would like to invest. How can I drive in and take a better look? Which real estate agent should I call? I wiil try to contact someone thru the phone book. Fred |

I like the lakes that were handcrafted by John Studsman and his protege McClemore. They really add to the pristine landscaping at The Biscayne. |

Recently viewed several of the properties left for sale. This place has exactly what I want as for a second home/rental investment. I spoke to a fellow named tad or something like that and he seemed quite knowlegable about the area. I hope to meet him in person after the holiday season. |

After further review, it is obvious that at least someone realizes that indeed the Texas coast is eroding. This development is not. The reason of course is because of the North Jetty. One would think that the GLO would see this and attempt to maintain the beaches and treasured shorelines of Texas simply for the amount of revenue brought into the state from home buyers, vacationers and tourists. Is anyone listening ? Is anybody home?
