Barbara McKnight's Catering by Culinaire formed food stations corresponding to international ports of call including France, Italy, Germany, Mexico and the Texas Gulf Coast, including an elaborate ice sculpture of the Lady Sheridan and a lavish buffet of boiled shrimp, crab claws and oysters. |
| The Williamses say the celebration was all about sharing the fun. Guests included Carol and John Howenstine, Cherryll Walzel and Bud Frick, Paige and Tilman Fertitta, Courtney and Bo Hopson, Sylvia and Tommy Dorsey and Sherry and Charles Gordon and more. |
